The Adwords Interface was changed in late 2017. You may feel lost, as to where the Google Keyword Tool is located. Watch the video above or follow the steps below.
1. Log into Your Adwords Account
2. On the top right, click on the settings iCon. This is the Spanner icon. 
3. Then, Under Planning, Click on Keyword Planner.
4. There you go, you can continue doing your Keyword research via the new Google Adwords keyword Planner Interface.
